The BlueJays and Mets continue to talk about the details of a trade that would send R.A. Dickey to Toronto. While they haven't agreed to anything yet, the 2 teams have decided that the BlueJays will send back top prospect Travis D'Arnuad to the Mets for Dickey.
The Mets reportedly rejected the Jays 1st offer of Arencibia/Gose and decided the deal would be centered around D'Arnuad. Along with Dickey the Jays also want a top prospect in return.
Dickey with only a year left on his contract, will discuss a contract extension with Toronto in order for the trade to be completed.
