The Mets and BlueJays are deep in trade talks involving CY Young winner R.A. Dickey according to sources.
The Mets have been looking to trade Dickey who is owed $5M this coming season and after both side haven't been able to reach an agreement on a contract extension. Dickey has been asking for a 2-yr, $26M extension while the Mets have only gone as high as 2-yr, $20M.
The BlueJays have the pieces able to make a trade happen with New York. The Angels and Rangers have been said to be in the mix and its possible a deal could get done in the coming days.
